Born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas, I moved to Texas to work at Thrasio on their growth user experience team, where we helped build their first customer-facing product. Since then, I've joined Compass, where I lead the people to people relationship management and lead generation that powers their businesses. My focus at Compass is on designing the CRM experience and managing how buyer and seller data empowers our agents to take action, helping people find their next dream home.

I bring my interpersonal skills, passion, and knowledge to everything I do, whether that's running a pickleball group here in Austin, publishing a photography book, or sharing my skills in user experience design.

In my free time, you'll often find me exploring 4x4 trails in my 4Runner, at a honky tonk dance hall here in Texas, or enjoying a cup of coffee while meeting the community.
