App Store Preview Screens

App Store Preview Screens

As part of Central Bank's 5-year roadmap, one of our goals was to transition the mobile apps to fully native experiences. This required regular updates to the App Store preview images for both Android and iOS. The designs created for these previews resonated so strongly with the marketing team that they repurposed the assets for printed materials in branch locations, extending their impact beyond digital platforms.

When iOS 14 introduced home screen widgets, the user experience team set out to create a fun, sports-themed set featuring users’ top in-app actions. I designed widgets for all the sports teams the bank had partnership deals with, and these designs successfully went live, enhancing user engagement and customization.

Kansas University Debit Card

Rumors had been circulating around the office that we were going to be named the official bank sponsor of the Kansas Jayhawks, so, with my boss’s approval, I went to the Director of Marketing and asked if I could submit some ideas for the university's card design. With the marketing team’s support, I submitted the five card designs below:
Two vertical designs, since cards with chips are becoming more popular
Three in the traditional horizontal style

The team drew inspiration from my ideas, and we eventually decided on the final card design. It was released to our customers in 2021.

You're A Sunflower - Photography Book

This project began as a self-started passion when my grandmother passed away in 2018. I created a whole line of products, working toward my goal of self-publishing a photography book about my home state of Kansas.

My grandfather once told me, "Mourn the loss of someone you love for a week, and celebrate them for the rest of your life." Inspired by his words, I poured my creativity into developing a variety of products.

The goal of this project was to donate $10,000 in my grandmother’s name to a no-kill animal shelter called Wayside Waifs in Kansas City, where she volunteered when she was healthy. Thanks to my hard work and the incredible community that gathered around this project, I was able to reach this goal by the end of 2019.
